Brokers and asset-based carriers in need of capacity can post loads to the KeepTruckin Smart Load Board via API, EDI or manually.
KeepTruckin matches loads to carriers based on an understanding of their drivers’ lane preferences, current location, and hours of service. Carriers can accept or bid on loads electronically.
Once a carrier has accepted a load and gives consent, brokers can track the load in real time.
We do not currently have set criteria for participation in Smart Load Board; reputable freight brokers of all sizes are welcome to apply.
Yes. Any carrier that does not want to participate in Smart Load Board can easily opt out by sending an email to their dedicated Customer Success Manager or by contacting email@example.com.
Fleet location data will be used by the platform to suggest high-quality load matches. This data will not be shared directly with any other party participating in Smart Load Board except if a fleet or driver instructs us to share the data, for example through the KeepTruckin App Marketplace.
For those loads that are dispatched, tracking will be enabled only for active loads and visible to the broker and shipper related to each load.
For loads that are accepted by a fleet and dispatched, tracking will be enabled only for active loads and visible to the broker and shipper related to each load.
