CVSA International Roadcheck 2017 Results: Vehicle Violations [Infographic]

During this year’s CVSA International Roadcheck 2017, more violations were recorded than the CVSA International Roadcheck 2016.

This year’s special focus was “cargo securement”, which resulted in 15.7% of all vehicle violations that resulted in the CMVs being placed out-of-service.

Of all the Level 1-3 roadside inspections, 19.4% inspected CMVs, and 4.7% of inspected commercial drivers were placed out of service.
