Today we’re growing our Motive App Marketplace and introducing an integration with WEX/EFS Fuel Tax Services. Motive customers who use an EFS or Fleet One fuel card can turn on our integration to process mileage and fuel purchase data in real-time for simplified tax reports.
Here’s how it works
- Turn on the WEX/EFS Fuel Tax Services integration on the App Marketplace
- GPS data and odometer readings from the Motive Vehicle Gateway will automatically upload to the WEX/EFS system
- On a daily basis, fuel purchase history and mileage data will be analyzed and organized in the WEX/EFS system to generate ready-to-submit fuel tax reports
If fuel purchases were made using an EFS or Fleet One fuel card, the transactions are automatically merged with Motive’s GPS information. Everything you need to submit fuel tax reports is ready to print and download.
