Pronto Delivery
Pronto Delivery leases some of their trucks, meaning they frequently move ELDs. With J.J. Keller, this process was difficult and time-consuming. They couldn't reassign the ELD to a new vehicle themselves and had to call in. This prompted Pronto Delivery to see what the modern market had to offer. They evaluated six ELDs and chose KeepTruckin for the easy installation and reassignment process, as well as the overall simplicity.
Key Points
- Training went from hours to 15 minutes
- Back office tasks are now efficient and streamlined
- Saved 34 hours per driver on IFTA alone
The drivers were blown away
Here's what Pronto Delivery HSE Manager William Brown had to say about his driver's opinion of KeepTruckin:

Training drivers has never been easier
"There has been a complete 180° change in the back office. I would literally spend four hours in J.J. Keller on administrative tasks every day. With KeepTruckin, I spend about 5-10 minutes on the same tasks. Finding and correcting issues is much easier," said William.
Better support means fewer phone calls
When calling into J.J. Keller's support line, drivers were often referred back to William. Here's what William had to say about the difference with KeepTruckin:
"KeepTruckin support walks the driver through the resolution directly, often with no involvement from me. I'm getting quite a few less phone calls from drivers now. Our drivers are pleased with the support they've received."
Taking the headaches out of IFTA
IFTA reporting can be a burdensome process, especially when you lease or rent trucks. Pronto Delivery calculated that they were losing 34 hours and 40 minutes a year per driver to manual work such as paper trip sheets.
"We love the IFTA feature. We've been able to automate and streamline most of the reporting process with KeepTruckin," said William.
KeepTruckin in one sentence
When asked to describe his experience with KeepTruckin in one sentence, here's what William had to say:
"Hands down the best and easiest ELD system that I've ever used."
Considering William has used Omnitracs, PeopleNet, Fleetmatics, and J.J. Keller in his career, that statement carries a lot of weight.
